In the southern regions of India, exclusively mature coconut shells undergo a distinctive burning process, meticulously controlled at precise temperatures to preserve the shells' exceptional hardness. This temperature range, carefully maintained at 600-900 degrees Celsius, is of paramount significance. The shells then progress through a specialized crushing phase employing our distinct crusher, specifically designed to prevent an increase in platelet content. The Gold Carbons we produce uphold a stringent platelet content cap of 2%.

The charcoal is subjected to activation within a dedicated kiln, a facility exclusively reserved for the production of our esteemed gold carbon. Subsequent to activation, the activated carbon is transferred to a roller, facilitating the attainment of a remarkably high abrasion rate.

Once the production of Gold Carbon is completed, its primary application lies in the realm of gold recovery. This retrieval process comprises two key stages known as Adsorption and Desorption. Adsorption denotes the accumulation of gold molecules on the surface of the Activated Carbon.

While the aim is to optimize the adsorption of these molecules, it's equally crucial to facilitate the removal of gold from the Activated Carbon via a procedure referred to as Desorption.
